Welcome our new president and support one of his stated priorities: advising. Yes, the health of our business is based on how our students assess our value proposition. The function of a business model identifies the economic, social, and cultural value we deliver to customers. Current U.S. business leadership is embracing customer value measured on more than just profits. We have always promoted the value of the SHU experience in more than economic terms, so it is good to have affirmation from the larger business community of our core values.
